The Aman Clinic Plastic Surgery Center (AMPS) is the private surgical facility in the Capital city of Phnom Penh. It was founded in November 2012 by Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Nous Sarom . Dr. Sarom's philosophy was to create a facility designed and equipped specifically for the plastic surgery patient.
